After a client informs her that he himself is planning to kill her, self-proclaimed „diva of desire” Désirée Blodgett (Ella Smith) shows up at St. Romaulda’s Orphanage looking for a place to hide. In The Nevers, Victorian London is rocked to its foundations by a supernatural event that gives certain people — mostly women — abnormal abilities, from the wondrous to the disturbing.
