The inspiration behind this video:
The MCU’s first appearance of a Kang variant came through He Who Remains in Loki, and the Multiverse Saga presents a potentiality for his return. He Who Remains was played by Jonathan Majors, who will also portray the Kang the Conqueror variant that will debut in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. In Loki, however, He Who Remains was the secret head of the TVA, found by Loki and Sylvie in the Citadel at the End of Time.
He Who Remains was revealed to be a more benevolent variant of Kang who put a stop to the war waged by his less good-natured counterparts. In doing so, He Who Remains crafted the MCU Sacred Timeline, which Sylvie reversed by killing him, triggering the return of the MCU’s splintered multiverse. By killing He Who Remains, however, the MCU has evolved in a way that allows Jonathan Majors’ Loki character to return in the Multiverse Saga’s future.
