The inspiration behind this video:
Milly Alcock’s Kara Zor-El recreates David Corenswet’s first Superman poster in a fan-made DCU poster for Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow. As Superman’s July 2025 release date approaches and more official footage and promotional material arrives, other DCU projects also move forward in their production. Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow’s cast keeps growing with the addition of characters such as Jason Momoa’s Lobo and Matthias Schoenaerts’ Krem, for instance, and it’s just a matter of time until an official poster and an official trailer come out.
Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow could be just as colorful as Superman, or even more. DC Comics’ Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow comics are a unique take on the character, with a lively cosmic setting, extravagant characters, and a vibrant art style. Craig Gillespie’s Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow will likely pay homage to its source material’s art with similarly striking cinematography. Still, some visual connections between James Gunn’s Superman and Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow are to be expected, possibly including a similar poster, costume, and tagline in the latter.
