A new image from Moon Knight debuts a brand new costume for Oscar Isaac. Moon Knight is the next live-action series coming to Disney+ from Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. After a robust 2021 that opened with the critically beloved WandaVision and closed on the buzzy Hawkeye, the streaming service seems to have concluded its period of following up on major characters from the early Avengers run and is ready to introduce brand new heroes to fans. Moon Knight is coming to Disney+ on March 30, 2022 to usher in this new era.
The series will introduce Moon Knight, a hero who may or may not just be the manifestation of the dissociative identity disorder of mercenary Marc Spector, played by Oscar Isaac. One of his alternate identities is the peaceful British shop employee Steven Grant, but that life begins to crumble around him when he starts channeling the Egyptian god Khonshu. The series also stars Ethan Hawke as cult leader Arthur Harrow, along with May Calamawy, Lucy Thackeray, and French actor Gaspard Ulliel in one of his final performances as Midnight Man.
