After a mixup causes a sensitive photo to be included in the annual Christmas card competition, Dawn (Alex Borstein) realizes the photo is actually part of Dr. James’ (Laurie Metcalf) medical study. Concerned about a HIPAA violation, the doctors and nurses rush to find out who is in the photo. Thinking it’s patient Birdy Lamb, Dr. James tries to let her know about the photo leak, but nothing could have prepared her for Birdy’s response…
