Everything Everywhere All at Once star Ke Huy Quan details a heartwarming moment he shared on the Loki season 2 set with star Tom Hiddleston. Loki premiered in 2021 on Disney Plus and revealed itself as one of the most interesting series of the year. The Marvel show began shortly after Hiddleston’s last appearance as Loki in Avengers: Endgame, sending the God of Mischief on a multiverse sprawling journey that put him face-to-face with He Who Remains, a version of Kang the Conqueror, the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s new big bad. Quan has been cast in an undisclosed role in Loki season 2.
In an appearance on the Happy Sad Confused podcast with Josh Horowitz, Quan shared a sweet story from the set of Loki season 2 where Hiddleston fanboyed over him. Check out the full quote and interview below:
“There was one particular day of shooting, and he found something on set, and he said… he saw it and he said, “Oh my gosh, I cannot believe I’m working with Short Round from Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom.” And he was so cute, and so kind, and I was so excited, and I said, “Oh my god, did anybody get that on tape? Please tell me somebody got that on tape!” He was incredible. We laughed so hard and… I didn’t want that shoot to end. So hopefully we will go back for some more… reshoots. I don’t know when, but I can’t wait to see all of them again.”
