Inspiration behind this video:

Everything that happens with Dune 2’s Paul Atreides and Feyd-Rautha fight after the former says “May thy knife chip and shatter” is likely to play out similarly to the books. It is a battle of skill between the two potential future leaders of the galaxy and heirs of powerful Houses that only allow each to use knives. Feyd-Rautha uses the Emperor’s blade for the fight in addition to one of his standard poisonous blades, while Paul uses the crysknife. The fight begins with Paul silently studying Feyd-Rautha, while the Harkonnen heir talks frequently in his attempts to taunt his opponent.

Paul and Feyd-Rautha’s fight in Dune 2 will allow both of their knife-fighting skills to the test. Feyd-Rautha holds a secret poisoned tip on his hip that he attempts to poke Paul with once he gains the upper hand. However, Paul is not so easily defeated and manages to flip the fight so he is on top. This is where Paul kills Feyd-Rautha by stabbing the crysknife through his jaw and into his brain. With Dune: Part Two looking to be quite faithful to the books for Paul Atreides and Feyd-Rautha’s fight if it begins with “May thy knife chip and shatter,” a similar outcome should happen.
