Reeves would excel as the MCU’s Ghost Rider for a variety of reasons, but the most important one is the actor’s history with the character. During a 2022 interview, Reeves talked about why he would want to play the MCU’s Ghost Rider, saying, “10-year-old me would want to — I think he’d probably want to be Ghost Rider.” As a long-time comic book fan, playing Ghost Rider would fulfill a childhood dream for the actor.
Reeves’ career took a turn after he starred in the first John Wick. The actor is now once again one of the most popular stars in Hollywood, which has led to many fancasts of Reeves as different MCU characters. From the names thrown around, Ghost Rider and Wolverine — who the actor also revealed he would love to play — have emerged as the most popular possible MCU roles for him.
